Getting Yard Ready for July

We began this process in February;
lots of tractors and dirt moving;
getting the soil ready;
putting the sprinklers in;
grass seeds;
Taylor & his Dad put in our front walkway;
green bushes planted in front of our home;
the side of our home that was smoothed out-this is where the wedding ceremony will be held;
view from my porch;

little bits of green coming up;
last month;
yesterday- first mow of our new lawn!

Hope you enjoyed meeting this amazing Christian family, so willing to be used by God. So proud of them. They are gathering up their support- on their way to Fresno today to meet with a church about supporting them. So glad they were able to squeeze us into their packed visit from Colorado.

coming home on Wed morning,
orange groves- I bet it smells good if I could only open my windows?
Ventura County Fairgrounds- they were having a swap meet coming home, if only I could stop for a bit?

We camped here 1 night, wouldn't recommend it unless you want to be woken in the middle of the night scared out of your wits, feeling like you were in a train tunnel and the train went right over you!!!
this picture reminds me of clamming with my family when I was little? I don't know if that is what they are doing, they are digging for something?

The Famous Californian in Santa Barbara, love this picture all but the big dish on the top:(
